I didn't play the past three days. Ugh. But I got out there today and the horses came running over when they saw me. =D I haltered Cal and we were right by the arena, but the big door wasn't open, so I tried to send him through the garage door and just didn't feel like it was going to happen. So I unhaltered him (he left right away, errr) and let the horses go galloping around the arena. After the insanity subsided I tried to see if I could halter Cal again. He was coming over, but then would leave as soon as I went to his neck to halter. Confident or unconfident? Mmmmm...I don't know, but he kept coming back. At the end I played with just stepping back and touching his neck, and his head would jerk up and he would look really unhappy and then leave. Unconfident, then?

Exciting Panic
I don't know. But I'm slightly panicky right now. I just got a call that they got my application for the Parelli Fast-Track course in Florida in November 2010. Don't know if I've been accepted yet. And it kind of freaks me out that here I am having difficulties in catching my horse and I just applied to a course where I'm supposed to be playing in levels 3/4. Deep breaths...I will survive.
