More taking things slow with Cal. Played with him away from the rest of the herd today. When I finished I did a bit at liberty and walked him backed to the herd. I think it went alright.
I've been playing with Lyssi, too. She's fun. So much simpler than Cal. I've got maybe 10? rides on her now. If they count as rides. I mostly get on and off a bunch. Then loads of lateral flexion, disengagement, and backing up. If that all goes well, I'll walk a bit. I'm in no hurry. =)
